My work focuses on retail campaign ecosystems — blending storytelling, design systems, and brand partnerships to create high-impact seasonal activations across physical and digital touchpoints.
The Great Summer Sesh OFF
Retail Campaign & Co-Branded Product Drop
A seasonal retail activation designed to transform summer cannabis promotions into a collectible, partner-driven campaign experience. The system integrated 14 brand partners into a limited-edition product bundle and paid coupon book distributed across six retail locations.
Campaign Scale
1,000 printed coupon books
500 bundled product totes
12–16 participating brand partners
6 retail locations
The Challenge
Cannabis retail promotions often rely heavily on price discounts, limiting differentiation and emotional engagement. The goal was to create a summer campaign that increased store traffic while elevating brand partner visibility and perceived value.
The Idea
The Great Summer Sesh-Off reimagined seasonal promotions as a collectible summer drop. Instead of free handouts, customers purchased a $6 coupon book unlocking deals throughout the season and could opt into a curated, limited-edition summer tote bundle filled with partner products.
Partnership Strategy
Multibrand Collaboration Model
The campaign brought together 14 participating cannabis brands per season. Brand partners contributed products to the bundle drop and received campaign visibility through coupon book placement, in-store signage, and digital promotion.
